Thank you for supporting Ladies' Alcove. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and we’re transparent about what qualifies for a return or refund.
Digital Products
All digital products (e.g., downloads, PDFs, workbooks) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.
Physical Products (Books)
You may return physical books under the following conditions:
The book must be unused and in original condition.
You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please email us at ladiesalcove@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage, and we will assist you with a replacement.
